She didn’t know how to not make herself sick-literally-with overwhelm. ![]() She didn’t know how not to burn herself out with so many balls in the air. In this situation, the employee was able to act in a certain way for a limited period of time, but she didn’t really know how to stop the problem at its root. But no one can operate on fear for that long. Of course, this was completely out of fear-she didn’t want to be fired!
